Dues are to be paid at time of application.  Checks are payable to Clarksville 79 Riding Club.  Members are eligible for T.S.C.A State Horse Show qualification, Club High Point and All-Around Awards.
              
Under Tennessee Law, an equine professional is not liable for an injury to, or the death of a participant in equine activities pursuant to the Tennessee Code Annotated, Title44, Chapter 20, Part 1.
              
I am aware of this policy and will not hold the Clarksville 79 Riding Club, it’s executive board, members, or sponsors liable for damage or injury to property or person, for all members listed on this application.
              
I understand that proof of negative coggins is required to participate in any event.  Entry fees are non-refundable, and all judges' decisions are final.
              
No alcoholic beverages allowed on club grounds.  Abuse to horses will not be tolerated.  No sored horses.  No hitting in front of the girth.  All animals must be on a leash.

Myself and all joined family members have read and agree to the terms stated above and will uphold to this agreement and the contents of the Membership Packet when attending any event sponsored by or held by the Clarksville 79 Riding Club or on the Club grounds.
